I use this everyday at work and couldn't be happier with how the pen works. The only negative I would have to say about this pen would be the weight. It is a little heavy but overall a good product.

Tough Stylus/Pen

While I don't expect to or have had the opportunity to use this pen as a tactical weapon. It is a great Stylus and the tip is still like new after two months of everyday use. The clip is very strong and would be hard to break. It's still very tight. The Stylus part screws off of one end and can be screwed onto the other end pretty securely. The pen part does come loose periodically and needs a little tightening now and again. The ink refill Itself is a cheap Parker style and I think I'll replace it with a Fisher Space pen refill which write in cold weather. I highly recommend this pen....

Q: Is it a weapon? Are people expected to use this pen in tactical scenarios? Is it like a pen for spies? Or secret agents? Do I just not have the creativity to picture this specific pens ability to be weaponized? Worth the potential subtle defensive abilities?

A: This Pen is designed as a rugged writing / scribing instrument to be used in rugged conditions. The Pen also features a soft stylus tip on one end, so it is ideal for Law Enforcement to use on the job in patrol cars equipped with touch screen technology. Additionally the Pen features a pointed tip on the other end, that is strong enough to break glass. Pens of this nature are also known as a Kubotan, which, by a trained user can be used for self defense.
