Quality has gone down a lot.

Bought a couple of these over the years. They used to be great.The quality has gone done a lot. The fine slot is too low. Ended up pulling my knife into the plastic base after 3 sharpenings. Took it back twice and ended up with same problem. I will not buy another.

You will not be disappointed

I have serrated knives that we use to cut bread. We bought the wrong sharpener that made the knives perform worse. We bought this sharpener and it worked like a charm. Excellent excellent product.
