Works great!

In the store this looks like cheap plastic, but it works great! If it weren't for the good review I previously read on this product, I probably wouldn't have bought it. Unclogged my sink very quickly. I'm not sure how long this will last, but it worked so much better for the sink than the regular style of plunger.

Works well, bottom can be detached to clean

Like the other reviewers, I found it to have a stronger suction than other plungers I've used before. Especially the cup shape ones. I was able to quickly unclog my kitchen sink.
You cannot see this in the picture but the bottom component screws off, making it easier to clean the inside; especially with the ripples where gunk can get lodged. I think the additional time and effort to clean the suction cup would be the only disadvantage compared to the plungers with the cup or flange shape suction.

Does the job

I had a blocked drain in my stand-up shower. Using Drano didn't work so I purchased this plunger. After 3-4 plunges the drain was unblocked. It did the job. Hopefully I never need to use it again but if I do, I do expect that it'll perform as desired.

Better than classic design

This seems to have a lot more oomph than the clasic rubber cup design. The larger plunger head displaces more air, so you get more suction. I like it a lot more than the original design type
