Cheap Garbage

First one made grinding noises after a few uses. Replacement one did same. Neither put out any appreciable pressure. Cheaply made. Got it at 50% off but still an expensive experience. After all the negative reviews, Canadian Tire is still selling it. Negative reviews are answered with “So sad, too bad”. Not impressed.

Slime inflation station

The inflator is cheaply made and the inflation chuck is plastic and breaks easily. The chuck broke the second time that I tried to inflate a tire.

Don't buy

Very noisy and rattles badly. Hard to get nozzle on valve. Gauge stopped working after the 5-6 uses. Absolute piece of garbage. Do not buy. Sadly can't find anything else wall mounted like this so far.

Q: is the air hose removable for storage away from the unit?

A: Hi Dane, thanks for your question on the Slime Garage Inflation Station. Yes, the green coiled hose is removable from the unit. The inflator has a short braided lead hose attached to it, and the green coiled hose connects to that lead hose. Go to https://slime.com/collections/120v-garage-tire-inflators/products/garage-inflation-station and look at the images down the left side, especially the 360 rotating image where you will see that the green coiled hose is detachable. The Slime Garage Inflation Station is a handy 120V inflator mounts to your garage wall and has the 20-foot extra-long coil hose, an easy-to-read dial display (0-60 psi) and air adapters for balls and inflatables. It provides quick, convenient inflation with the push of a button. Q: Can it be stored on porch that is covered? We don’t have a garage.

Q: Can you enter a cut-off set-point when inflating or is it up to you to hit the switch?

A: Hello Adrian, thank you for your question. The Slime Garage Inflation Station has a main control switch/button on the main unit which is to be used as the start/stop function. There is not an option to set a desired set point but the unit does come with an air pressure gauge which will assist in the air inflation rate. Thank you

Q: What is the maximum inflation pressure for this device? The description says the gauge reads from 0 to 60 psi, but can it still be used to inflate high-pressure bicycle tires (100 to 120 psi)?

A: Hi Marcus, thanks for the question. The maximum inflation pressure for the Slime Garage Inflation Station is 60 PSI, therefore it will only inflate tires that are higher pressure to 60 PSI. The Inflation Station is designed to inflate most items around the home including automotive tires, bike tires (60 PSI or less), toys, inflatables and any other item that requires 60 PSI or less.
