Drill review

The drill works well overall, however I have noticed during use the locking mechanism for the bits comes loose easily. I have had several instances where it comes loose and my bit will come out or start to wiggle around during use. Maybe if I move up a battery size the power will feel more adequate. With all that being said I do love the drill for the price and would purchase again.

Nice compact combo kit. Seems to have plenty of power for a 12v system. The kit only comes with one battery so you might want to get a second battery.

Bought the compact and drill gun set. Does amazing, but battery life isnt the best. Make sure to have spare batteries would be my only other suggestion. Thanks Skil!

The drill-driver is a bit too torquie. There really is no slow turning a screw bit. A press of the trigger is a violent on reaction.

So far so good the power seem to be really good the battery life seems good also . I have used the impact more than the drill but for 12 volt both function really good.
