poor quality .material ripped second time using . scoreboard shuts down midway through game fir no reason so you lose the score .description says 6 balls only 4 came with it.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our nephews and niece. They've been having a blast with it!
The only thing that wild be nice is if was waterproof so we could put it outside. It takes up a lot of space.

Quality control issues affect otherwise great game

Lots of fun - but the little plastic levers that detect the balls falling through the holes keep getting stuck for the 10pt and 20pt holes. The 30, 40, and 50pt holes all seem to be fine. We can't play an entire game without pausing several times to push the balls through the holes manually. This seems to be a quality control issue given that only 2 of the 5 levers are stiff.
We also had to add a bit of old plastic transition strip on the ramp to ensure that the balls "pop" up into the holes instead of running into the plastic edges. Again - this seems to be quality control issue. Despite these flaws, the game is enjoyable!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I saw some of the pictures of the plastic tray that the balls fall in to. Mine looks different? feels very strong and solid? is this an upgrade?

A: Thank you for noticing. Yes, after some initial consumer feedback, we significantly improved the strength and functionality of the tray, which should help eliminate some ball-sticking issues. Based on some recent reviews, we believe we are seeing positive feedback as a result.
