A: The Singer M1500 and others in the M series have a manufacturer one-year parts and labor warranty which covers having the machine serviced during this period at one of our Authorized Service Center locations. The limited 25 year warranty covers the frame and any other parts not covered by the 1-year warranty

I've owned this machine for a few years now, and I'm sad to say that I will be replacing it soon. However, I am passing it down to my younger sister so she can learn to sew on a machine as well. Over time, it's held up decently! A beginner or casual sewer could learn very well on this and gain good experience. This isn't the best, but it's not the worst.

This machine is light and very easy to use. I like it.

It sucks

Almost impossible to get the bobbin threaded into that little slit. I have spent hours just trying to get the bobbin to work. Haven't been able to use the machine in years.
