High quality bin.

I bought this to replace an older version which lasted at least 10 years but the plasic lid finally gave up. The newer version now has a metal lid with the same quality materials & design features that still make this a brilliant product, highly recommended.

Generally, I'm not much into stuff, and I rarely succumb to commodity fetishism, but this bin is something else. It's beautiful and functional, an absolute delight to both behold and use. A necessity transformed into a source of joy. Hyperbolic? Perhaps. Nevertheless, this is a great product entirely worthy of my fulsome praise.

A: Hello MMunro, Our 38 litre rectangular step can with plastic lid features the following dimensions: 15.8" wide X 12.5" deep X 25.9" high (34.8" high with the lid fully open). Warm regards, simplehuman

Q: Replacement Bags? Hello, where would you find the replacement bags for this. I did not see any at my local canadian tire. I beleive it was "J type" bag.
