Good Product fo the Price

Recently used this product to clean brake dust off my rims. I sprayed it on just before using a power washer. I haven’t used many other products for this but this product did the job just fine. It was the best deal on the shelf. Amount in the container vs cost was the best at the time. I would say I am very pleased with the outcome.

Product was inexpensive so I thought Id try it.. did exactly as the bottle said, sprayed on, waited a minute then hosed off.. without any elbow grease at all my rims looked brand new!! Took off brake dust, dirt, yellowed sections.. would buy again!

This stuff really works great . I drive a big rig with lots of chrome and stainless steel and this rim cleaner worked on everything to bring back the shine and take off all the winter grime

Q: Is this product good for PlastiDip Whieels?

A: As the Simoniz Rim Cleaner, #39-2938, is water based, we believe it can be used on the PlastiDip rim. However, as with all products, we recommend testing it first on a hidden area to see if any adverse effects occur. Also, if the PlastiDip film on the rim has any defect (chip, cut, improper application, bare spot), the rim cleaner may penetrate between the rim and the PlastiDip film, causing the film to be lifted and peeling and/or bubbling may occur.
