Goes well with beer

What? Goes well with beer how could that be. Well you need to have a beer every 4 ft.² because it cuts out. If you don’t like beer and you have a 4 ft.² deck no problem.

very low pressure

this unit barely puts out 900 psi. I tested it with my gauge and all the different tips. called tech support and was told the 2000 psi was theoretical and 900 psi was within its specs. not believing that, I returned it and picked up another thinking I had a dud, the 2nd put out the same 900 psi. returned that and bought a Ryobi 2000 psi electric and it puts out 2050 psi. ironically, the Ryobi was 20 cheaper.
they should then label it as a 900 psi washer, not 2000.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It leaks!!

When it was not leaking it was great however since having it a leak behind all the plastic has developed. Never left in the winter cold (learned the hard way). Wish I could tell you where it’s leaking but I can’t get at it. Couple years old now, not sure what can be done. Next step, call help line

A: Length of the wand: 36cm Length of the gun: 43.5cm Length of gun and wand: 78.5cm The Platinum 2000 comes with a complimentary foam blaster and the customer could attached it directly to the gun. If you buy the foam blaster as an accessory (039-8704), the kit comes with an quick-connect adaptor which the foam blaster could be attached to the gun or the wand directly.

Q: What is the pressure range of this unit? In other words, how low of a pressure can you select?

A: On the project dial, you could select the nozzle to 0+ or 40+ which has a much lower pressure but longer reach for different applications. Also, we have the patented foam blaster included which provides a hi-pressure detergent wash to your vehicle. Q: Why my electric breaker shut off twice while using the machine, the breaker 15 amp and should be fine.

A: Check the following first: 1. Is the customer using an extension cord? Try to connect the plug directly to the electric outlet 2. The electric outlet is not shared by other appliances. 3. Project dial – ask the customer to clean the project dial by using the needle provided. Or, simply switch to other nozzle to check Last, check if the customer live in an older house with an old fuse box panel.

Q: Is this product can pressure wash old paint from deck? As we are planning to paint our deck with a new paint. I would like to know if this product can help us remove the old paint by using this product.

A: It depends on what kind of paint on the deck. Without knowing the detail, for general paint removal, we recommend to use a Gas Pressure Washer instead.
