Superior Shine and Polish!

I recently purchased the Simoniz 10inch orbital polisher and reviwed several liquid waxes for use on our two cars and pickup. There are many liquid waxes and polishes on the market however, the Simoniz product stood out because it was carnauba wax and did not have any unwanted additives. We own an Audi, Lexus and Toyota and I wanted them to look their very best afterall, they are premium brands. Well, after the first panel was completed on the Lexus my wife was all smiles and giggles especially when some scratches disappeared completely! Next was the Audi. A deep and bright red started to appear and like his mom, my son started to smile ear to ear. I was enjoying their pleasure so much I was really looking forward to doing my Tundra. Wow! What a shine, great polish and awesome wax. The paint has not shines so well since it was purchased. Had I known this wax was so superior I would have thrown away my other wax immediately. Awesome product, performs above my expectations!

I only got to use it a couple of times. It was late in the year when I received it and we had some unfavourable weather! However I did enjoy using it, made waxing my truck so much easier and I can't wait for spring to take care of my truck. This polisher will be used often!!!

Q: Thank you for answering my previous question. I did have one question left that needed clarity. I didn’t ask it properly. I know you wash the car with car wash as the first step. I was just wondering if this acts as a cleaner wax polish and wax?

A: Thanks for the follow up, Charles. Yes, this could act like a cleaner wax polish. If you use a polisher or apply with hand applicator pad, using some pressure to removes fine scratch or oxidation. If you just apply without any pressure and let it dry, then polish, it will give protection to the paint's surface. Hope this addresses your concern.

Q: It says for use on plastic as well in the description. Why then do you say here to avoid plastic? Also is this a polish and was in one step?

A: Thanks for the inquiry, Charles. My apologies for the confusion. It can be used on painted (sealed) plastics or polycarbonates, but can stain porous plastics, like moulding or side mirrors. This is a liquid wax and should be used after washing your car. Happy Cleaning!

A: The intended use of the Simoniz Liquid Wax was not intended for use on plastic and trim. We would suggest avoiding the area as best as you can during application.
