This is the best silicone baking mat on the market. Never sticks, easy to use, easy to clean, and a must have. This protects your pans as well. Sometimes hard to find. I have a few but I realize when a few are in the stores, people quickly buy them. I’ve seen a few other companies have their own version but none work as good as this one. I recommend this product for everyone.

This baking mat clicks all the required boxes for excellent service, plus appears to be made to last forever. Who could ask for more? Buy a good one, or two good ones, and be done with a lifetime of having to soak and scrub baking pans. These wash clean in seconds.

Q: Is this baking mat perforated (i.e. with holes) or is it solid so that baked items containing liquid wouldn't leak through the middle of the mat to the baking sheet/pan underneath? This is not entirely clear in the product photo.

Q: Is this really exactly 11" x 16"? 11x16 does not appear to be a size that Silpat makes, the closest seems to be 11 5/8 x 16 1/2.
