Works well once you know a few things

This thing is awesome for edges and corners! I use a roller to do get as close as possible to the edges and then finish with this. Make sure you snap up the wheels before loading paint every time. And keep looking at the wheels to make sure they are paint free. I didn't have a lot of luck with dipping this directly in the paint so I just use a small paint brush to apply paint to the pad. I only need paint on the half of the pad closest to the wheels anyway. Also, I use another paint brush to quickly swipe any areas after using this tool, just to avoid paint clumps on the wall. Sounds complicated but it's not. It goes fast and saves a ton of time!

Would highly recommend this Edger - great price, and works so well. Reduced time by not having to tape (most areas) and is very quick to work with.

this edger works!!

tried this for the first time on a house 100+ years with plastered ceilings & walls and it did a great job of cutting in the ceiling. I was impressed!! I loaded the tool using my paint roller with no mess. The pivoting guide rollers never got any paint on them when loading or using it. Highly recommend this tool

There's a Learning Curve but such a time saver!

A first I had a few blips with this product, getting paint on the wheels and paint on the ceiling but once I got used to it, it's a HUGE time saver! Trick is not too much paint, I take the roller and roll it in the tray, and get the paint from the top of the tray left at the top to put on the roller, instead of directly dipping it in all of the paint.
