Shell Rotella T4 10W‑30 Diesel Engine Oil has more zinc (ZDDP) than most modern gas oils Works well for older engines, especially flat-tappet But: Not as high-zinc as specialty “classic/racing” oils Can be harder on catalytic converters over time Bottom line: Good budget option for older gas engines.
