The Twin Tip Sharpie has two ends: a fine tip and an ultra-fine tip. Each end has its own cap. Hold the marker firmly with one hand. With the other hand, grip the cap near the base where it meets the body of the marker. Make sure your fingers have a good grip. If your hands are slippery, you might want to dry them or use a cloth for better traction. Gently twist the cap back and forth while pulling it away from the body of the marker. This can help break any seal formed by dried ink and makes it easier to remove the cap. Do not use excessive force or tools to pry the cap off, as this might damage the marker or cap. After use, make sure to put the cap back on tightly to prevent the ink from drying out. These tips should help you open and close the Sharpie marker caps without too much hassle.
