Amazing air purifier

I bought this a month ago and we can already tell a difference! A must have especially if you have pets! It’s quiet, helps filter out the smell from cooking in our open concept house. Plus my favorite part is not having to spend money on a new filter every 6 weeks!!

Easy to set up and wonderful to have in our house.

We didn’t think we needed one but after running it for a couple of hours, we suddenly realized what’s it like to have clean air. Especially with so much smoke in the air due to forest fires. It runs extremely quiet so it doesn’t disturb anything. We highly recommend it.

I am on my 3rd unit because the other two didn't last 6 months. Now the 3rd one just quit working. We clean the filters as required. This is junk. DO NOT BUY !!

Q: This says it sprays a scent into the air - we CANNOT have any scents (ASTHMA) - can this be disabled?

  • A: Yes, to disable it, either remove the odor cartridge assembly or rotate the odor dial one click counterclockwise, so the cartridge is no longer exposed to airflow.

Q: can I still use my candles

  • A: I don't know how many candles you plan on using but for most things like that you will see the air purifier kick into action as you see the readout drop from 100 to 95 or 90 or whatever. We had some pretty severe wildfire smoke this summer and it only dropped to 80 so I doubt that your candles are worse than that.

Q: It says your won't need replacement filters for up to 5 years but it's only been 6 months and mine is already reading 27% so it's almost time to replace it. Is there some kind of warranty on that since it's nowhere close to 5 years old?

  • A: For better filter lifespan and efficiency, keep your air purifier in AUTO mode, which switches to ECO mode after 10 minutes of 100% clean air status. Additionally, rotate the HEPA filter upside down every three months to evenly distribute captured particles and extend its lifespan.
