I bought it for few months, used it under 10 times, and it's completely dead! Couldn't recharge it at all!
Definitely a trash product!

THIS is not worth the money. It is too light and it turns off quickly when it touches anything. IT does not do the job on floor or carpet.ESpecially low pile carpet. You have to keep going over and over and still doesnt do the job. WHAT has happened to the other shark ones 2 and 3 speed. They did the job . Much stronger and a more stronger battery

Poor Handle Design

This unit worked well on hardwood and laminate floors. We purchased it because we have two long hair cats and it really cleaned up cat fur but the handle kept breaking. The cost of a replacement handle was equal to a new unit but it worked so well we purchased three in total - each time the handle broke we bought a new unit but after the third handle broke, that was it.

Expensive purchase for a short term solution

This is a nice lightweight cordless vacuum with decent suction when you first get it. However, I’ve had two of them now and the charge system only lasts about a year, if that. After about 6 months, you’ll find you have to charge it more often and the charge doesn’t last and by about a year, there’s nothing. The cost of a replacement battery is more than the cost of the appliance on sale. If you’re looking for a cheap, short-term solution, this is your one. If you’re looking for a longer solution, stay away!

Cheap and junky

Previous models were heavier and better built. This current model is too light and cheaply made. I wouldn’t pay more than $30 for this, hindsight.
