good work

I have the older version of this same shark vacuum and it lasted my husband and I for 7years , and we used it for not only our home but for our vehicles as well and it didn't have all the features of our new one so we were super excited about the comparison and the low price of the new one

Excellent product and great value.

I have had a number of vacuums over the years, most did last long or function that well but the Shark really performed well. Vacuuming has become easy now.

Reliable and powerful!

Shark is my favorite lightweight upright vacuum. It’s so easy to use, easy to clean, and doesn’t miss anything. Holds a charge for a decent amount of time needed to do the entire first floor. I’ve had it for a few years now and have zero complaints. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

A light, loving powerhouse that lifts dirt and you

This vacuum is the featherweight champion of clean—powerful yet gentle, just like love when it’s real. It has an impressively strong suction that surprises you with how easy it glides, even on the heaviest carpet days. The dust capacity is just right for daily upkeep, and the filtration system gives you that fresh, deep breath that says, “You’re safe here.” It’s quiet, smooth, and moves like it knows your path—effortless and kind. For its light build, it carries the strength of something far greater. Like a guardian in disguise.

10 year old infinity pet navigator

I brought an infinity pet navigator 10 years ago . I have a large shedding dog and 2 kids. I actually use my vacuum everyday. It has never lost suction, it has performed beautifully over the last 10 years. I am sad to say the hose has recently split near the head and we will soon have to replace it. However even though the hose has split 3/4 of the way through, the vacuum still continues to a wonderful job. Worth the purchase.

Q: Stairs How good is this vacuum on stairs (with attachment?)

  • A: Works well on stairs, but because its so light when the wands detached you have to hold the body as well as the wand.

Q: Any problems with spreading dust? I've heard that bagless vacs aren't as good as bagged in keeping fine dust out of the air while vacuming, especially after a year or so. Due to allergies, the last thing I want is a vac that lets dust into the air. What's been your experience?

  • A: I have a highly allergic family, so dust and allergen trapping is important to me. This machine does not have HEPA filtration, but it does have a completely sealed system for capturing dirt and particles, with multiple filters (washable!) to prevent any of it from escaping back into the room. And, because you can empty the canister by removing the entire unit, wrapping it in a bag, and then pressing a button to open the bottom, you don't have to worry that half the dust you have collected will escape as you empty the reservoir. Our last vacuum had Hepa filters, and didn't work so well to capture allergens, in my opinion. I am very satisfied with this machine.

Q: cleaning i just bought this vacuum the other day, and was wondering if it is possible to wash the dust cup

  • A: I don't see anything about that in the manual but others have mentioned that it is. There doesn't seem to be any reason why it wouldn't be washable.

Q: What are the attachments? I don't see any mention about attachments. Does it have a wand, stair brush, etc??

  • A: It comes with a small brush head, a pet turbo brush which sure spins.. OMG.. a smaller crevice tool and a wand of approx. 1 1/2 'feet all on board except the turbo pet brush! Then the hose reaches about 10' or more but be certain to loop it under the lower bracket on the unit otherwise it will tip over very easily. :O)

Q: How many filters does it have that need to be cleaned regulary?

3 Answers
  • A: There is the cycloic pack on the top of the unit that just needs to be tapped out once in a while..(once a month) or dependent on useage. The foam filters , can be rinsed thru with water and dish soap and let dry .. Thats it! Lifetime filters and belts and there is one filter infront of exhaust of motor and is rinseable as well.. Just make ceretian that they are thouroughly dry before reuseage./overnight even. Luv the vac so far! drawbacks are ..it can easily tip if you don't place the hose under the lower hook and the canniseit does fills up pretty quick.. Yet this is also dependent on how initially dirty your carpets/floors are and the overall carpet condition/fibers etc.. I used throughout my home and it filled up very quickly..which told me my carpets were not getting cleaned as well as they should from my other vacuums..and now.. it barely picks up anything except soem carpet fibers etc.. :O) impressed with this unit so far! :O)
