Perfect for Basic Use

For the price its a must. Steam comes out very well and hot enough to get rid of the grime with just water. Add a tiny drop or two of cleaner if you want extra fresh but neutral smell is good for me. The unit heats up quickly and maneuvers easily. Wish it came with one extra mop head. Make sure you use distilled or RO water as the the nozzles will clog up over time.
Its a steam mop what more do you need? If you want more be prepared to spend triple the price.

Really good basic unit at a good price.

Bought it as a replacement for a 10 year old Shark floor steam mop. I use it to clean the winter salt build up off the hardwood floors and grease off the kitchen hardwood. It powers up quickly, it is lightweight and very easy to use and the steam is powerful. The pad was easy to attach and stayed put. The cord is long enough to clean the floors without having to change outlets. It would be nice if it came with a carpet glide, but, for the price it is a great deal.

Bought a second one

I already have a 2 year old version of this mop that I took to the cottage. Bought this model for home. It works well, heats up quickly, the tank holds enough water for three floor cleanings, and the head swivels easily. My only complaint is that the electric cord could be longer but that was solved with an 8 foot extension cord . Replacement pads are ridiculously expensive but so far I haven’t needed to replace it.

Q: how do you add the water to the tank

A: To add water to the tank of the steam mop, unplug the steam mop and lift the water tank up and away from the unit. Twist the cap counterclockwise to remove it, fill the tank with distilled or tap water, then replace the cap by turning it clockwise. Align the tank so the cap faces down, insert it into the mop body, and slide it down until it clicks into place.
