I've had this unit for almost two years. I live alone so it was a bit of a wrestling match to get it inside, living in a small space on the ground floor. I suggest unpacking it outside if that sounds similar. Assembly was pretty straightforward, removing the shipping brackets, which i saved for if i move later and need to keep it from opening in transit. Then assemble the upright portion and that's pretty much it. The cord is short so if there is no outlet nearby, don't hesitate to use an extension cord even if they tell you not to. I used a heavy duty outdoor one and it's hidden under my couch. No issues at all. Used 1-3 times a week for 30 minutes since then. The strut which keeps it upright is smooth and locks in well, never had a situation yet where i think it might fall if i bump it with a vacuum, mop etc. When you unlock it for use, it goes down smoothly with a delay at the end to prevent from damaging any floors. No trouble so far with that. Onto the platform: it runs well and is fairly even side to side, not perfect but good enough. There are instructions in the manual for how to adjust it but i haven't cared to yet. I've used the oil it came with to lubricate under it and already ran out - they don't give you that much. I now use the same mineral oil that comes with my hair clippers for the blades, seems to do the job. I use it elevated to the max amount each time and that part is still working normally, raising and lowering smoothly as i need it to. The electronics seem to be okay as well. The time and mileage is not super accurate and differs from my watch which is recording my workouts at the same time, not a big deal to me as the steps do seem accurate. I have not used any of the included exercise programs, use my own I put together. It's reasonably easy to move around to clean under it, just lean it back onto the small wheels in the rear while it's in the upright position and pivot around as needed. I've only had one issue so far - in recent months it started creaking pretty badly while stepping, only at low elevation or bottomed out. After looking it over, some of the bolts got quite loose and needed tightening even though they had the ny-lock nuts, so keep an eye out for that. Tightening them up solved the issue for now. Overall, so far so good, I have not yet had the issues that others did, I hope this unit lasts a few more good years.

This product deserves 0 rating. Do NOT purchase this product or any other products from this Manufacturer. We are on our 3rd replacement treadmill that we had to fight to get. The motor does not last. This 3rd one we have, the motor is starting to smoke. We will not be returning the product to Canadian Tire after the way we were treated the last time. This brand will not even last 6 months.

Not built for longevity.

Unfortunately, I can no longer update my previous reviews, but I still stand by them. To recap: after the first year of use, I started experiencing issues with this treadmill. Over the following two years, I’ve had to replace the motor twice, the control board once, and deal with multiple burnt or damaged wires. To their credit, customer support was helpful and did send replacement parts each time, although that still meant being without a treadmill while waiting for cross-country shipments. Now the motor has failed again with an E02 error, and I’m outside the warranty period. In my opinion, a treadmill that only sees a few hours of use per week should last significantly longer than three years before requiring this many major repairs. Because of the repeated failures and questionable long-term reliability, I unfortunately cannot recommend this product.
