Q: Are these license plate screws 1/4-14 x 3/4"? What style of head do they have: Philips, Robertson, Torx ?

A: These self-tapping screws are 1/4 x 63/64" (6.35 x 25mm). They have a Phillips head and the thread pitch is 20.
