Poor Experience

Worked well for 18 months. Wireless feature quit working and it was out of warranty by then. No recourse but to get rid of TV. Repairs would cost more than original purchase price.

don't even waste time or money on this. It is so unresponsive its ridiculous. It wont read many file types. it wont connect to WI-FI at all EVER. LAN half the time. the features and apps don't work either. only netflix app works. if I wanted a tv just for netflix i could have stuck to my roku device. this was a huge waste of money NEVER AGAIN!!!!

On m'a donné un téléviseur Seiki 32'' suite à une opération en mai 2016. Ma convalescence ne m'a pas permis de m'en servir avant le printemps 2017....et voici que le 3 septembre 2017 elle ne fonctionne plus....Malheureusement la garantie n'est que d'un an! Très déçue, je ne la recommande absolument pas.

I bought this TV about a year and a half ago. Everything worked great, hooked it up and found the internet okay. My issues with it is that when pressing buttons on the remote, sometimes the TV freezes - need to unplug it so it'll work again. It looses connection to the WiFi very often - very annoying to have to reset it every couple of days. My remote no longer works. Tried to contact customer support, and no answer. It works sometimes and then 2 mins later just useless. Wish I had bought a better TV... live and learn I guess

Problem turning off and won't turn on

After 6 months of working fine with a decent image, our's just wouldn't turn off one day, so we had to unplug it. Now it won't turn on. I don't think the wifi antenna is very good as I had to put a repeater in my home for it to pick-up, and since I did that, I've had no connectivity issues.

Q: This TV has component video inputs, will composite video work on this TV? Plugged into which component video port?

A: The TV supports both "composite" and "component" connections (not at same time though). AV "composite" cables are usually a set of 3 cables often red/white/yellow in color. Make sure that yellow video cable goes into green jack labelled "Y / Video" on back of TV, the red cable goes into R (right) audio jack and the white cable goes into L (left) audio jack. You would then need to press the “Source” button on remote and choose the “AV” option from the menu.
