went through 2 of these umbrellas until i've decided to give up on it. Both broken within months

Would Recommend others do not purchase

I have not been impressed with this umbrella. It is of very poor quality and durability. Its fantastic orange colour, appears to be the best part. I have gone through 2 of these umbrellas in 6 weeks. Both umbrellas broke where the arms join to the umbrella canopy. The joints are made of plastic and are of very poor quality. I have since returned the umbrella and bought a similar product at a competitor. Knowing what I know now, I would never purchase this umbrella. It was nothing but a headache and wasted time.

Loved it up until it broke

in just 2 months the plastic ring has become brittle and is falling apart. we loved this umbrella but the Quality of the plastic is poor. the fabric is nice and over all it is a great looking umbrella but I want it to last a little longer than 2 months

Brittle plastic fell apart

I purchased this umbrella a few weeks ago and loved it. It is nice and wide, beautiful canvas fabric, and has a pin that slides through the pole to keep the umbrella from eventually sliding back down like so many cheaper ones do. Yesterday I went to put it up and three of the six arms inside that fit into the plastic ring that travels up and down the pole were swinging loose. The plastic ring had fallen into pieces and was all over the top of my table along with the metal pins that had been holding the arms in the ring. When I looked at the remaining three that had not fallen apart yet, I can see there are multiple cracks in them, so it's only a matter of time. Of course I no longer have the receipt because it seemed fine when I brought it home, and you don't expect such major mechanical defects from a patio umbrella. Not a happy backyard camper. At all.

I want more than colour

The other three ratings rave about colour, and have nothing else to say. I plan to check out this umbrella this week, but I will look for quality of construction and for durability, not colour. Tentative rating is 5, because I hope the other raters were straightforward, not company salesmen hyping a product.
