The power grip line release is the link between your downrigger and fishing rod, so it needs to perform flawlessly. This 18 heavy monofilament leader features a cannonball snap to secure your line and patented tension adjuster technology that doubles the holding power of the soft rubber jaws gripping your fishing line. This reliable release allows you to attain the variable release tension needed for catching the big ones, all while keeping valuable fishing time and fish on the line.

Decent quality clips. Same price as every other place around. Why Canadian Tire doesn't leverage their buying power to give better pricing eludes me. Getting people in the door opens the likelihood they buy other things, but when you price items the same or higher as everyone else, folks will explore elsewhere.
