mounting system does not stay mounted. had to be readjusted after every fish and would fall off when fish would hit.

I just bought this a week ago and have used this a few times already. This is a great product and is very easy to use. This is a compact version, so its easy to setup, remove and store. The price is also great, considering the electric ones are hundreds of dollars more than the lake troller.
Using this with a fish finder, you'll be able to fish the exact depth of where the fish are.....and without having to add heavy weight to your line....which will spoil your fishing action.
Scotty warranty can't be beat. It's nice buying a product without any concerns for quality and customer service.
This is an easy purchase!

Q: Scotty recommends a 2-3 lb weight and not to exceed 3lbs. Why do you not carry this option when it is needed for this product?
