Easy to set up

This exercise bike will be very helpful after a day of driving. A big part of my job is driving up to 300-400 km a day. I have a leg condition that stiffens up my leg when sitting for long periods. Having the exercise bike helps limber it up at workdays end.

A: The bike does not connect to an app. It’s a basic display with buttons to go through settings. Resistance is adjusted with a knob.

A: Yes. It can record your heart rate. I use a Polar heart rate monitor and it records perfectly. I tried using my Apple iPhone but it wouldn’t connect with Bluetooth.
