Q: So this panel is a sub panel and when a power outage occurs it can flip from utility power to generator power? It has two sets of inbound lugs for both power sources and the breaker to flip? can stablok federal pioneer breakers work in this panel?
3 years agoA: yes you can flip generator or utility power, with lugs for both power sources This panel is ( Square D 30 AMP 18-Space 36-Circuit Maximum Generator Panel ) so need sqare D Breaker.

5 months agoA: It is your main panel for the thing you want to come on when you use your generator Hope this helps. One side is for main and other side for Genoraton.

Q: Is this a transfer switch pannel ? Can it be used to transfer the power source between the main Hydro source and a generator source?
3 years agoA: Yes that is what it is for. It is designed so you can not have both generator and power line connect at the same time. You have to select which one is active.
