Its nice! Feels good. No complaints. Watch the install videos online as well as they are very helpful. Reminder to pay attention to the door hole sizes. Ours required some extra work to install (the old deadbolt lock hole was too small, and this one requires the through hole for the handle).

IF IT DOESNT WORK, YOUR OUT OF LUCK

Very hard to install, key doesn’t work, paid and lick smith to install, Canadian Tire wouldn’t help us with our problem. Told us we would have to remove to get an exchange which would have cost us more money. Very bad customer service at the Sturgeon Falls store location

I had hoped the lock set would fit the same as the previous lock set but I was disappointed that the hole for the lock was larger than previous. It didn’t and I purchased a different lock set.
