Great Kerosene Jerry Can

Love having this to use with a spout to fill my Kerosene heaters. Just wish there were more places to buy Kerosene at a pump so I could just fill this instead of paying the extra pricey prepackaged kerosene and then transfer it to this jerry can.

Q: Other than the colour, how does this product differ from Jerry cans used to store gasoline? Can this product be used to hold, store and transport gasoline?

A: Hi Greg - Scepter fuel containers are color coded and marked to indicate to safety personnel the contents of the container in case of an emergency and to prevent accidental poisoning. For that reason, we DO NOT recommend using the container for any contents other than what is specified. A: Kerosene is mostly used as an aviation fuel, most airstrips and hobby shops that sell miniature jet engines will sell kerosene.
