Rude customer service

When I went to go pick up the item I purchased. The customer service rep was the most rude, cocky, racist, fascist, prudiest young woman I’ve ever met in my life. I will never purchase online from this store or never go into this particular store ever again because we had another experience with same woman, when I was with my husband. We will go to other locations. DO BETTER IN YOUR HIRING PROCESS! We spend hundreds, thousands of dollars that was just horrible.

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED

Haven’t even finished installing this yet but had to write to state that the “Assembles in minutes - no tools required” feature is laughably untrue.
Page one of the 30 page assembly booklet lists a screwdriver, hammer, and drill as required tools and after a good half an hour, I’m on step 8 of 18. Buckle in for a project if you pick up this unit.

Flimsy

I was surprised at how cheap the end result of this turned out to be. I realize that its engineered "wood" but after putting it all together, its very flimsy and seems like it wouldn't take much to break or fall apart. Just cleaning it makes it wobble on its base. Save your money on this one..I wish I did.

Q: what is the distant from the floor to the first shelf. With the new toilets the flush is on the top of the tank.

A: The height from the center shelf to the floor is 35 1/4" h. The height from the bottom edge of the front trim piece to the floor is 32 3/8" h.

Q: I purchased a Sauder Soft White Over Toilet Space Saver and I am having trouble getting the door to open. Is there something I can do to fix this. I have adjusted the door as per the instructions but I can't get it to open.

A: Sauder does not recommend dividing the Sauder Soft White Bathroom Space Saver. Dividing the unit will compromise the stability of the space saver and void the warranty.

Q: How high is the bottom shelf? Can the unit be installed over a toilet that is 33.5" (85 cm) high?

A: The height from the bottom edge of the shelf molding to the floor is 32 5/8" h. The height from the center shelf to the floor is 35 1/4" h. The shelf molding can be removed to allow use of the full 35 1/4" height.
