Major flaw on plastic parts . They will brake and Samsung does not cover physical damage . They redirect you to their parts store and the price are exaggerated for one part.

Absolutely the worst vacuum you could buy. I ended up returning 3 of them because they kept breaking! Cheap plastic cracked, beater bar stopped working and wouldn't turn on, sensor stopped working within a month. Make sure you keep your receipt wherever you buy it from, you'll need it.

This vacuum doesn't even deserve one star. I purchased this a little over two years ago and had it about a month before it stopped working. So I took it back and exchanged it for another. Had the second one for about 3 months before it too stopped working. Had the third one for close to a year. The sensor stopped working within the first few months but figured it wasn't worth returning again (I don't need a light to tell me if my floor is clean). Then it cracked as it's made out of cheap plastic. We taped it up and that seemed to work. Then the carpet floor attachment completely stopped working (it wouldn't turn on). Thankfully Canadian Tire has a great return policy and I was able to get my money back. If you do end up buying this, keep your receipt, you'll need it.

Make yourself a favor and buy a real vacuum that actually work, if you have the money go for a Dyson or a Miele otherwise any cheap brand will do, where the handle connects to the tube is made of cheap plastic and will hardly support the weight of the tube itself, never mind if you attach the carpet brush, mine broke after little use, we got a replacement after some hassle with the customer service and guess what, the replacement broke exactly at the same spot and we were babying this vacuum (vacuums are supposed to be tough appliances), also emptying the canister is a nightmare, so to sum it up, very bad product and a worse customer service, here are both parts that broke at the exact same spot

Small, good suction but broke twice

I have had this model for about 24 months. The suction was good, no problems with sensors, no to bad to empty, however, the handle has snapped twice right at the electronic connection. This means no power head and the wand is unusable. This was just from normal use. The first time it was repaired under warranty, with no problems. Not this time, past warranty. Went back to using my 15 year old Kenmore, which works awesome.

No, I do not recommend this product.
