Vacuum breaks under normal use

I agree totally with others who have had breakage after minimal use. My extender tube just broke for the second time and now that it's out of warrantee Samsung wants 2/3rds the original price of the vacuum + tax and shipping to replace it. DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM. If it breaks under warrantee, Canadian Tire will tell you to deal with Samsung. There are numerous better made vacuums on the market for the same price.....

Je suis fâchée, car le manche du balais a cassé après 1 an d'utilisation. La balayeuse est puissante, mais la qualité du produit n'est pas là (plastique)... J'appel la compagnie et ils me répondent que le produit n'est pas garantie 5 ans...

This vacuum work great however the parts ALWAYS break and samsung SUCKS with its warranty.. Overall i loved this vacuum but was beyond annoyed for two years with samsung over contentious broken parts. They need to work on the structure of this.. Suction was amazing though after 2 years they finally just said hey no more sending back parts just take a refund and go somewhere else.

Buyer Beware - Wand broke from light use

I got this vacuum as a housewarming gift last year and with only light use the wand broke in 3 separate places. Looked it up and it seems like this is a common problem with Samsung vacuums. They use cheap, weak plastic for the wand.

A: It has one for Upholstery, which is not the most awesome one out there but gets the job done. It has an adapter to do narrow spots with a brush attachable to it. It has an adapter for the linoleum floors.
