Q: When is it safe to sand? And polish?

A: I’m not an expert in this field, but what I have heard others say is that you can sand lightly after the first coat is dry. Then apply next coat. Not sure what you mean about polish.

Q: Is it good I’m brass and copper

A: Hi Polishing Guy, Our Lacquer Spray was designed for wood applications and do not recommend it for brass or copper. Instead, we recommend our Tremclad paint in a clear finish. Clean the surface really well and scuff sand with 220-grit to abrade it. Once you remove the sanding dust, you are ready to clear coat the surface.

Q: What is the full cure time for this Lacquer Spray Paint. It says on the can, "other coats at any time" but not when it is totally dry and useable.
