Dear sweet baby Jesus! Do not buy these covers.

Absolutely terrible. Says 100% waterproof, but my patio cushions and now completely soaked and mould is forming.
I’ll be seeking a refund and compensation to buy new patio cushions.

Do not buy these. They are not waterproof!

My patio cushions are completely ruined. Had a big rainfall over the last week and went to go check on them and the cushions are soaked and I can see spots of mould starting to form. The product claims 100% waterproof, which is the reason I bought them. I will be looking to be refunded for my purchase and reimbursed to replace my ruined patio cushions.

After 12 months in partial sun these covers are breaking down. They are no longer waterproof and are falling apart. Similar to other pictures on thus site. Save your money and buy something different.

Q: Will you exchange this cover without a receipt after less than one year of use if the waterprook coating has cracked and is leaking? We purchased one love seat cover and two chair covers last August (2017). The chair covers are still perfect but the loveseat cover has cracked and is leaking water onto our set. They were only used one summer and stored indoors for the winter. We did not keep the receipt.

A: In order for a warranty to be exercised at the store, proof of purchase is required. If you used an Options Mastercard or Loyalty card for the purchase, your local store will be able to assist you.

Q: Where can I find instructions on how to properly secure cover with straps provided? Is their any instructions available on a site?

A: Good Morning bggirl, We apologize for the confusion on using the built in straps on your loveseat cover. There are not further detailed instructions on our website. There is a buckle and long strap built into the cover and sewn into the sides. We recommend sending the long side of the buckle under the seat of loveseat (some customers say it is easiest to throw it from one side under the furniture to the other side). Then buckle the male buckle into the female buckle sewn into the other side. This will prevent the cover from pulling off with any wind. To help keep the cover secure, there are also small ties sewn into the corners of the cover. These are best used by tying them around the legs of your furniture. We recommend tying with a butterfly type knot you would use on sneakers for easy removal. Again we apologize for the confusion with using your product, and I hope this explanation has helped.
