Q: Can I use this product as primer on metal outdoor furniture and cover with PUPLI-COLOR PERFECT MARCH paint for final cover ?

A: If the metal was previously painted and has been surface prepped by sanding the old finish off, then this will work just fine. If the metal is unfinished, and has never been painted or sanded, then use the self-etching primer
