Don't waste your time...

Bought this unit for a car from the U.S. since it needed Daytime running lights. Took it to a professional installer and they said it didn't work right, would blow a fuse when high-beams we're engaged. Had to return the unit and have a professional install a custom solution.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Will this unit work on a 2006 Mazda Miata MX 5?

A: It is a universal kit, so I believe it should work. The only challenge with it (at least for me) was that it needs a switched power supply which is ON only when the car is turned ON and it is OFF when the car is turned OFF. I had to tap into some wiring of my car to find that switched power supply.

Q: I have Mazda 3 2008 and my car uses High beams Halogen as DRL with low intensity.. recently i upgraded with LED’s and suddenly my DRL not working, high beams are perfect.. so do anyone knows if this kit can fix my issue?

A: U can use the kit to power on whatever lights u want.. high or low or running lights if you have those. But it won't give you low intensity. Either fully on or off.

A: To answer your question, this unit operates low beams at full voltage, The high beam wire is connected to signal the unit to turn the low beams off when the high beams are turn on! How this helps!
