A: These are great questions! These peel and stick backsplash tiles are made in China. For safety, the tiles should not be installed any closer than 15 inches from a heat source, like a gas fire place. A: Greetings Milo, This is a great question. If the installation instructions are carefully followed, the tiles should peel off cleanly when you're ready for a change. Be sure to allow any paint to cure on the wall for 4-6 weeks before installing your peel and stick backsplash tiles. A: Hi Shayna, This is a great question! Unfortunately, no; these backsplash tiles are not suitable for use as flooring. We do offer peel and stick floor tiles that are more suited to stand up to the wear and tear foot traffic.
