When it works it is good but.

My tool is 7 years old. I do not make a living with it. The switch was poorly engineered. I though maybe Rockwell would stand behind the unit by making a fix for there sorry engineering but they won't. I will go to Dewalt or Bosch this time.
No, I do not recommend this product.

On/Off switch broken after maybe 15 times

Fell in love right away, than it was over. I cuts very well and works as advertised. That is until the on/off switch stopped working. Good thing it at least was in the on position so I could unplug it. Ordered new parts because only to find out that the switch that un-removeable from the speed controller is fried and stuck in the one position. We time to throw it in the trash. So much for ever buying another Rockwell product. I have tools that are over 30 years old and have worked thousands of time. This thing works 15 times and dies.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great well made tool for an exceptional price!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked at these saws for a long time, finally pulled the trigger. I am so glad I did. I have only had the saw for a week but on three different occasions now I have needed it and NO other saw I have could have done what I needed. So therefore, I'm very excited I got this saw and the price was a good value.

Q: Est-ce un bon outil pour décaper et sabler le bois? J'utilise beaucoup l'outil rotatif Dremell 4000 pour décaper et sabler le bois mais souvent il chauffe. L'outil oscillant serait-il un autre option?
