Where is the quality control

I bought this specifically because I have two 60 lbs e-bikes and needed a high load. Before I could get a bike on I noticed one of the mounts weld was not done properly. It's right at the attachment point of the wheel to the frame. If I had put a bike on it and drove anywhere it would have caused serious damage to the bike, car, and others when it broke Needless to say I no longer trust this product and can't recommend. It's looks like a hairline crack along the weld if you do buy one
