A solid bick carrier for two ebikes.

We had two heavy e-bikes and this carrier holds them firmly. The only complaint I have is that the included ramp is a bit too short making it a bit too steep. Other than that I am pleased with this purchase.

Missing one essential nut!

Not for women's step thru e bike

It took two hours to put together and then didn't fit the step thru e-bikes. Had to buy two more parts to create a cross bar so it would hold them sturdier. Returned it. Would probably work great with a man's bike.

Okay but some issues

I purchased this bike rack on June 4 2026, it seems to be solid enough for our two ebikes that weigh 75 pounds each. I did have a few issues, first our bikes are step through design and not until the last page of assembly instruction is it mentioned that you need the the accessory bar (49.99 at CTC) so that your bike is fully clamped on. Secondly, if you are using this rack on a truck with a class 5 hitch receiver, ( 2 1/2 inch,) the locking bolt is to short to be useful, I will have to drill out the threads and use a regular hitch pin and find some other means of security.

  • A: You need a removable frame adapter that attaches between the seat post and handle bar stem to allow the bike to be held in place. Thule and others make these. Works fine for us with this carrier and our step thru E bikes.
