Definitely removing a lot of! Gunk!

I have an old car that was sitting for 4 years. I did multiple flushes and finally used the hose cause there was just too much gunk. I got it to where it was just running clear through the whole system, but I felt like it didn’t get everything. Used distilled 2 L of water with this flush and the water is all rusty again so it’s definitely cleaning out even more gunk!

A: It can be installed in coolant yes, but for best results drain coolant first before using.
