Not advertised as Open Box Item - manual missing

Online order for pickup. Brought it home to find it was an Open Box Resale which was not advertised. Manual was missing. Last one in the store so not able to exchange / replace it. Was not sure what else might not be in the box. Manager would not make any provision with further discount. Returned the item as it was not worth the hassle.

Works great and great piece of mind with a couple

It's great assuming your doorbell transformer meets Ring's voltage recommendations, your wifi signal strength is adequate, you properly configure motion detection settings/alerts and your internet connection speed is decent. Video quality is adequate but not great. It's good enough to see what is happening at your door.

I have it on my front door and it's an amazing protection product to have now in days. You truly receive notification when people are in front of your door or near your door. I have this system because it's wired and you have the freedom to not have a battery. I love and will recommend to others to have it for their home. It's clear and night vision is superior to other home systems that I have seen.
