Product Details

The Rightline Gear Anti-Theft Coupler Ball and Lock offers robust protection against trailer tow-away thefts. When the trailer is detached from the vehicle, it fills the hitch space in the coupler, preventing the insertion of towing devices. Its polycarbonate ball is exceptionally secure, resisting breakage or removal once locked. This system includes a UV-protected zip tie to attach the trailer ball to the trailer chain, ensuring it remains easily noticeable.

Worst lock for trailer

This has to be the least secure lock for a trailer I have ever seen. Fist off the chain is held to the ball with a zip toe that could be cut with a scissors. Second that lock mechanism could be cut by the worlds smallest bolt cutters in about 1 second. Do yourself a favour and find a more secure lock.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Lock pin is too close to lock body.

The lock pin that is supposed to go through where the normal pin/cotter pin go is not far enough away from the lock body, so the pin will not go through the hole. I had to return it.
