    small tent, didn't get wet

I bought this tent last summer, seeing as it slept 4. but i really should know better. the photo on the label showed 2 people laying toe to head along the 8' side of the tent... which would mean they were about 4' tall. the photo was corrected on line to show the sleeping bags laying side by side... so they get 2 feet of width... so don't plan on any extra room especially if you have a sleeping pad under you and have any shoulders what so ever. I did find the aluminum poles stronger than the fibreglass of other tents and love the 2 pole set up. However its a bit of a bugger crawling out of the tent in the morning. it is low clearance and the fly is close to the zipper, if its pouring rain then if you open it you will soak the interior. The flooring is not your typical thick tarp floor, its similar material to the tent fly. this past weekend we had torrential down pour from midnight to about 6am, the inside of the tent was dry, although not sure it would have been if there was a wind along with the rain. luckily there was only me in the tent so plenty of room to keep away from the walls of the tent. note the sides slope fairly quickly so you might have trouble sleeping more than 2 with gear and not touch the side of the tent unless you are minimalist camping. it packs up nice and small, fairly light. I feel like its half right, just needs a slightly higher interior and a little more room to comfortably say it was a 4 man and i would have prefered a thicker bathtub floor but luckily i waterproof my bedroll and have tarp handy to create a barrier just in case.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought this tent for a PEI camping trip, slept three super spaciously. Pretty simple set up keeping in mind that its a tent :) Good buy!

    GARBAGE

Very poor quality tent. I could not even set it up properly because one of the fly buckles was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SIZE than its male counterpart!! There aren't even any other buckles on the tent to mix it up with! The stitching is very weak. Some seams were pulled apart as far as 1/8" just from set up and I did so gently. The stitching did not run straight along seams, the Velcro to hold the zipper flaps were weakly attached and sewn on crooked. The base material is barely stronger than the wall material and was an extremely poor environmental barrier. The only good think i found with this tent was set up, only the tent, fly, two poles and pegs. This a poor quality product I do not advise anyone buying it unless it will only be used a few times and in a backyard like environment.

No, I do not recommend this product.
