Terrible after sales service for Rhyno Buggy XT

I left the buggy outside for the winter - in spring the bed had cracked in multiple places and the tires also have cracks in the rubber treads. I called up Rhyno Buggies and explained the problem in April and we're now in June with no reply whatsoever, whether the warranty will be honored, or whether I can buy a replacement. So I now have a useless piece of equipment, and no word on how to get this fixed. I'm certainly not going to buy another one from them, the replacement will come from another company with decent after sales service.

Pneus pas collé sur les jantes, trouvés à plat au changement de saison; valves de caoutchouc défectueuses qui ont fissuré après moins de 2 ans, et les roulements à bille de fabrication chinoise: absence de scellés sur la face du bearing, alors l’eau pénétrait. Finalement le fournisseur Rhyno Buggies, superbe compagnie canadienne qui semble importer du matériel chinois, ne retourne pas les appels ni les messages courriels. Cependant chapeau au Canadian Tire de Hull, au departement de service auto: service hors pair et compréhension de la signification de la satisfaction du client. On les blâme trop souvent.

SERVICE - WHAT SERVICE?

bought it on Friday and had 2 issues. Found 2 axle washers which showed up on their old diagram for wheel assembly and wondered if they should go on inside face of wheel to keep out dirt. Also, could not get caps on axles with rubber mallet. Machining on axle too rough. Filed down edge of caps to no avail. Both got deformed. Have called the Rhyno 24 hr line 3 times, both day and night. gets transferred to voice mail, left messages.........NO Response. Sent an email to Bill at Rhyno, got no response. So, if you buy the trailer and have no problems, no issue. |f you have problems or issues.....GOOD LUCK on service which makes the warranty useless.

Good trailer, worth the $$

I bought this trailer 2 years ago when it was on sale to use on the acreage and have had no real issues with it. I have hauled everything from firewood to cement in this with no problem at all. The only improvement I would suggest is a different mechanism for the release to dump the trailer, when full, it can be a challenge.

Yes, I recommend this product.

A: The bearings on this trailer are pre-greased and sealed from the factory. There should be no need to re-grease.
