Reflex Gold/All Season Wiper Blades come in both OE and non-OE sizes, please be sure to carefully check which sizes are required for your vehicle!
Features an aerodynamic, flexible design that effortlessly conforms to windshields while resisting the build-up of ice and snow
Continuous, even pressure applied to windshield protects against streaks
Advanced, low-profile design reduces wind-lift at high speeds
Includes one wiper blade–available in a variety of sizes
Comes with a plastic cover to protect the rubber blade, remove cover before use
An audible "CLICK" should be heard when connecting the blade to the wiper arm to ensure a successful installation
As you're cleaning or caring for your blade, please refrain from bending the wiper blade more than 45° to the wiper arm as it may weaken the connection

Arm was cracked right out the box. Bought during the winter, but had it hanging inside the house. Went to install it today and the plastic on the arm was broken.
It might have been a retuned item as there was no seal on the opening of the package.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How to Install on 2012 Ford Explorer? it says these are compatible with a 2012 explorer but i can't figure out how they install and the instructions don't show how to attach them to the ford wiper arms

A: I asked the same question to the Canadian Tire Automotive department as I own a 2012 Ford. I was told to follow the pinch-arm instruction sheet that came with the wipers or to watch the installation video on their website - absolutely useless. I did not get an answer. I hope you did.

Q: reflex wiper blades parts available? product # 21-1409-4 can the attachment clip that fits onto the wiper and the blade arm be purchased seperately or is there a universal clip that works with these blades.

Q: Does it fit BMW X1 2017?

A: For your 2017 BMW X1, you will require Reflex Gold 26" (CTC sku #021-2711-6) for the driver side, and Reflex Gold 16" (CTC sku #021-2703-6) for the passenger side of the vehicle. The blade comes with a full assembled Pinch Tab adaptor included, you simply remove the "j-hook" adaptor by pulling up, then simply clip on (listen for the "snap") the Pinch Tab adaptor for your vehicle.

Q: Are these supposed to have adapters in them, judging by the comments looks like the manufacturer took advantage of Canadian Tire and sold them a bunch of wipers with old incomplete instructions and no adapters for newer vehicles..............

A: The Reflex Gold All Season program is designed specifically for your vehicle; if your package was missing instructions and/or the adaptors, please return it to the store for a full refund or new pair of wiper blades.

Q: Never had a problem changing wipers. What does OE mean. The Reflex Gold blade I bought is OE and does not have an adapter to fit hook. Do I need to purchase non OE. Every other blade purchase fit on the hook easily.

A: The Reflex Gold All Season wiper blades are specifically formulated to fit your vehicle, and each size and "OE" designation would have a different clip included. The sku's with the "OE" designation have a different clip formation vs. the "non OE" which contain the "J" style hook.
