Great for different uses

Great parchment paper. Bought the premium the first time, out of stock when went to purchase again and found these instead. Offers more for cheaper price. Only difference is the colour of the paper. Both premium and unbleached work well for baking, covering a cutting board and composting. Would buy either again.

Perfect width size

I use parchment instead of foil because the food does not stick especially when roasting as it would to the foil. Helps to not have to grease baking pan/sheets as well.
