Q: How firm is the roller? I plan on using this every day for SMR and was wondering how firm it is. The picture makes it look like its not so dense.

Q: Is this a low density foam roller? (or could you please share what density it is)
4 years agoA: No it’s pretty firm. When I use it - ooof - it does its job! If you use it a lot as in daily ; it will need to be replaced in comparison to roller of rubber as this will break down with wear.
