A: No, there is not an instruction sheet in either of the two packages I bought. Why not post a copy of these instructions on your site instead of useless videos that are half-advertising?

A: Possibly the smoothness of the blade (ICE). Would be the difference. Defence would tell me that a tougher blade exterior.

A: That depends, do you have a hatchback or sedan? If you have a sedan you would need a 16 inch blade on the passenger side and a 26 inch on the driver side. If you have a hatchback the passenger side will be the same but the driver side would need a 22 inch blade.

Q: Points of Poor Contact The passenger blade misses the middle of the windshield and the rear blade misses the outer third of the window. Is there a way to fix this? (2010 Mazda 5)

A: Generally, if the wiper blade is missing the middle portion of the windshield, it’s due to loose/worn out tension spring in the wiper arm which may need to be replaced. We can offer you a replacement blade, but if it is in fact the wiper arm, the issue will still be there. As for your rear blade, our parts look up suggests your vehicle should use a 12” blade, we suggest product #021-0911 from our Reflex Rear assortment.
