Worst return service

The worst customer service, i’ve been shopping at the store for years and years, and you guys have never had enough people at customer service/returns department. On another occasion, I had to wait for 30 minutes for one of the employees to finish their lunch break as there was no one at the counter and a long line. The worst retail brand.
